SUCCES STORY

My name is MJ, and I want to share my incredible journey since being introduced to Willboag Ltd. I have been diagnosed with autism, global learning disability, and ADHD, which presented numerous challenges for me and my family.

Before Willboag’s involvement, my behaviours were uncontrollable. I constantly attacked my mother, destroyed property, and even harmed myself. The police were frequently called due to my aggressive and violent outbursts. School had become an inaccessible environment for me, leading to expulsion, and finding a suitable alternative seemed impossible. I rarely had the motivation to leave the house, except for when my mother went shopping, as I knew I would receive sweets as a reward. My days were spent indoors, with minimal activity, and my diet consisted of less nutritious foods like crisps, chocolate, biscuits, and constant sweets. This unhealthy diet led to weight gain, impacting both my health and my mother’s.

Since Willboag Ltd. stepped into my life, everything has changed for the better. I now have a positive and engaging relationship with my mother, resulting in a drastic reduction in physical assaults towards her. The support and guidance I have received from Willboag’s dedicated team have transformed my outlook on life. I am now motivated to go out and enjoy activities in the local park, where I can play and explore freely. I have also been introduced to the Bowling centre, where I get to interact and have fun with my peers. Additionally, I have started swimming once a week, which has become a favorite activity of mine.

The positive changes haven’t stopped there. With the help of Willboag Ltd., I have completely transitioned to a healthier lifestyle. I have learned about nutritious eating habits, including eating at specific times of the day, and my weight is regularly monitored to ensure my well-being. Gone are the days of constant snacking on unhealthy foods. The impact on my physical health has been significant, and I am grateful for the support and guidance in making these positive changes.

The transformation I have experienced has not only benefited me but has also had a profound effect on my mother’s life. She has regained control of her own well-being, and her overall improvement is noticeable. The positive atmosphere in our home has improved our relationship, creating a more harmonious environment for both of us.
